Dumb epidural spine shots didn’t really work. Now I’m getting worse pain from an area lower on my lumbar spine from before. Doc missed something in the MRI. Kind of annoying that despite decades of experience, they still often learn more by what doesn’t work

Friday night pizza! Pepperoni, Italian sausage and onions. Think I've got this down. I think the only improvement I can make at this point (outside of a dedicated pizza oven) is to make my own tomato sauce, a pizza steel and/or a different dough recipe. Delicious!
