Damn, I have trouble tracking stuff across three drives. Are some of those lumped into logical volumes?



I need to think about a bigger Photos drive. With two wildlife cams generating video, we're burning through space faster than ever. BTW, twenty years of photos is less than 700GB.

thought about replacing boot drive with ssd, but it is a pain in the ass to migrate boot drive, especially when it is connected to a raid controller but as jbod

dreading building a new server... maybe just start a new server and migrate data over. the VMs are easy, just copy them over.

or maybe join domain, designate as new dc, move vm over then retire this box
