Get one of those small pedal stationary exercise dohickeys and just pedal all night while sitting at work.It's crazy how much of a workout you need to burn even a small number of calories. It's a miracle I'm not 600 lbs. A half decent walk, like 25 minutes or so is only going to burn like maybe 100 calories. If you grab a handful of chocolate covered almonds on your way out, you basically nullified the whole walk.
That said, something like a steak is decently healthy calories.
