Waiting to get my car an alignment. It's like Sanford and Son here, except Muslim. It's like they are in a different time dimension. No hurry.

Getting Orthotics tomorrow, going to ask if there's anything I can do to relieve the pain too. I really want to get back on my feet, literally. Summers are short and I'm losing lot of days that I could be working on something outside.

My feet are basically shot and permanently damaged. From sounds of it this is permanent and both my parents have this too.

Might try edibles as well. Anything so I can actually get stuff done. I don't know if using power tools while high is a good idea though. Also rules out driving so if I'm working on my property need to plan to stay the night.

It's crazy how much of a workout you need to burn even a small number of calories. It's a miracle I'm not 600 lbs. A half decent walk, like 25 minutes or so is only going to burn like maybe 100 calories. If you grab a handful of chocolate covered almonds on your way out, you basically nullified the whole walk.

That said, something like a steak is decently healthy calories.

Get one of those small pedal stationary exercise dohickeys and just pedal all night while sitting at work.

the director of education at my junior high school was family friend and he told my parents he has never seen anyone do that in his 30 year career.
