Still no call back. Damnit. I just told everyone I redact my last post about being on lunch. Don't want to waste my hour just waiting... I will just go on lunch when they call, hopefully I'm not in the middle of a work related phone call and miss the one on my cell.

Ok so spoke with lawyer. The main concern I had is non issue, and the timber rights actually may be mine, he's not sure. He does not see anything indicating it's not... so that might be good news.

Basically ready to buy at this point. Exciting but also butterfly feeling given the big transaction I am about to make lol. Kinda reminds me when I bought my house.

I've opened pandora's box. I'm almost wondering if I should cancel the sale, technically I could... but it would be a dick move. Both my parents pissed at me, even my sister does not approve. And here I thought they would be happy for me, and willing to even come see it and have a fire, and have the kids play on their dirtbikes etc. But no they want absolutely nothing to do with it.

Yeah it happened kind of fast. They knew I was on the market but that's about it. So I think it was like a bombshell when I mentioned it. It's not like a house where it can be on the market for months and there's lot of time, this one just felt right and I knew I should go for it before it's gone.
