Good day today. Very productive. Got all the CDs and most of the DVDs put back in the stands. I'm down to my collection of concert boot videos. I'll probably work on reordering them.

Why do so many of my favorites have tragic endings?

Not a good night for sports. However, I did get my AV equipment all hooked up again. I had to lie my front speakers down so I could hook up the terminals to the underside. Took me a bit to figure out which optical cable went into the proper port on the back of my receiver (I've got three inputs). While I had everything apart, I decided to clean up all the cables and blow out the dust bunnies out of the HTPC. It still looks nice after all these years.

Most people here are worried about how well EVs can do in the cold so they are never really seen here. The dealerships don't even have any on their lots. Apparently they do fine though as there is someone in Moonbeam if I recall that has one and made a video of cold starting it and driving off when it's like -35. In a way I think it would be better, assuming the cabin heat is resistive heat. It would come on right away and warm up faster than a gas car.
I just thought it was weird you just saw your first Tesla and I see them regularly in my third world shithole.
