I'm kinda due for a new phone myself, I have a DTEK50 and I find it acts a bit choppy at times. I find with phones we face the same problem we had with computers like 10 years ago. OSes get more and more bloated and hardware can't keep up with updates and it gets slower with time.

I downloaded a new album this evening and put it on as we sat down to dinner. It's kind of trippy blues. As we finished dinner I was commenting that the album was kind of one long song, everything in the same groove. As I was doing dishes, it occurred to me that the tablet had gotten into loop mode and we were listening to the first track over and over. No drugs were involved in these events.
