Shotgun mic came in. This thing is bigger than the camera lmao.
I guess it's kinda official at this point I'm going to get into vlogging.

I went with some chinese rip off, and not Rode though. I'll see how this mic holds up. No point in spending big bucks until I decide to fully follow through with this and don't just get bored.
Need to figure out how to mount it though, was thinking of using super glue to put a horeshoe mount on top of the camera but not sure if that would be strong enough. It takes a decent amount of force to insert/remove it.
You can get a special V bracket that can mount all sorts of accessories such as lights and mics and then camera then mount the bracket on the tripod. Might just do that. It's a bit excessive though.
