hydro out nef.

At least I'm home this time so I can shut down my stuff properly.... My remote voltage monitor sucks I really need to figure out why the numbers jump around so much, I never know what the voltage REALLY is. I think I need to get a proper oven controlled voltage reference to feed the arduino.

Guess I'll go for a quick walk. Kinda hoping hydro makes it before I have to shut stuff down. I shut down a few servers so I should get more battery life. It's the storage server that is really the most critical. Hard drives don't like to be turned on and off.

I never measured the power usage of my workstation but aparantly it's really low. I've never ran this long on a standard UPS before with a full size computer.

Why don't you just set the limit and have the UPS software shutdown automatically? I can keep my boxes up for 45+ minutes before I have to make that decision. I generally leave my home server on 24/7 for the very reason that you leave them on. However, that's what backups are for. If you have to turn it off you shouldn't worry about that.
