Anything I should know before I take it?

Fucking two inches of ice to chip off the windshield. And it's still coming down.

That's the biggest crap to put up with living in the North. Thank God for remote start. I can start the defrost and also the rear defogger by remote. Our winters are weenie compared to the Great White North.

I don't know why my Kodi box just randomly died on me. And any distro I try to put on the SD card won't take. What a pain. Going to try Raspbian now, might have to just set it up manually. It used to lock up all the time and had to be hard reset, so something must have finally corrupted from all the bad shutdowns. Or maybe the SD card reached it's write limit. Will need to order more.

Hmmm found a spare SD card, works now. Now I need to configure Kodi for NFS etc. So seems my 32GB card just randomly died. It's weird, since it shows up fine in Linux and I can read and write to it. But now I don't trust it... I might have to try it in my drone but even then it would suck to lose footage. Maybe I can just archive some random stuff on it that is not TOO important and just stick it in my backup cabinet.

Wow the new Kodi looks pretty slick, actually, and they finally added an option to disable subtitles by default. That used to drive me mad!

I haven't updated Kodi in awhile. My HTPC has an i7 920 paired with a GTX 950 and a P6T Deluxe v2, optical out to my Denon. I use Yatse on my phone to control it all. I may have to look into updating.

Supposed to be cold tomorrow. Bummer. Well, actually, it was getting hot for me. Had the a/c on the last couple of nights. Been a good night. Bruins thumped the Leafs again, 7-3. Any of you canucks watch hockey? Had it on the big screen and turned up the sound.
