Well, that is a flight deck and we were at Flight Quarters. So, yeah. Each color represents different duties.

Yeah, I have a Marine buddy who was serving on that ship when I took that pic. He told me the same thing. My ship was decommissioned in 1994 when I got out of the Navy.
