right after I ordered a new Nitecore LR50 high CRI camping lantern, I get a email from Portland General Electric(the local power company) about power outage tips.

Turns out they just put in a temporary 100A power bank. A different crew will locate and fix the fault from my house to the transformer within the next two weeks.
