Finally got my Note8 and set everything up on it

I'm about to be sending my Note Edge (Note 4) back to Samsung for repair. My eMMC completely died in that phone. I've got a 64GB Blu Life One X2 for use in the meantime but the Note Edge has a better screen and a much better camera. It's only going ot cost $70, but still. First phone I ever had that the eMMC died.

Yeah that's got to suck after a while, kind of hard to get away from too as it probably eventually gets into the house too from opening doors etc.

I still remember the Timmins 9 fire we had years back, for one day the wind was blowing all the smoke into the city, it was eerie as hell. The wind eventually shifted though so it was like that for maybe a day. It was kinda "cool" given it's not something you see every day but I imagine it gets old after a while.

It's absolutely awful in Portland. Visibility has often been less than a mile. Ash everywhere. Sore throat. I'm done.

Yeah sounds bad. Probably even worse for those that have conditions like asthma etc. Wonder if carbon filters or something can help. I imagine anything of that nature would probably be sold out though.

There was Canada geese there the other day. That is why we are so nice, we have a tradition around this time of year of committing all our anger and hatred onto them. Then they are cast into the states.
