up here the best ocean stuff is salmon of any kind and halibut and cod

I love halibut and cod myself, grouper has always been my favorite down here if you have access to a boat to go out in the gulf

I've always been a caviar fan myself, a lot of people don't care for it.

Kingfish were always fun to catch as a game fish, but you have to know how to smoke those really.

Even a lowly mullet is good if it is smoked right.
