The wife is mixing up a chicken and spinach meatloaf.

I won't post a pick, I took a look and thought about calling an exorcist in 🙂

She can have it.

That's a nice old school Sansui.

Had a cheaper Panasonic quad around that time. The went Kenwood later for awhile.

thanks, fixing it up as a side project last couple of weeks, more parts on order right now, i sprayed the bias pots with de-oxit and they fell apart instantly

trying to get away without replacing the main filter caps but they are ~40 years old so I doubt I will get away with it 🙁

Check army surplus.

maybe, would take a long time to search through equipment to find the right values, though I'm sure that stuff is a gold mine for spare parts. When I priced the caps on digikey it was going to be about $50-60 for all the big caps, but I am going to do the rest of the unit and power supply first and see how it works afterwards, then do the big caps if necessary

I've looked around the house trying to find something to exorcise the wife's chicken meatloaf after it came out of the oven, but it is just sitting on the counter mocking me.

Fortunately, the ham beans and cornbread will come to my rescue 🙂

So much snow and wind. Beats freezing rain and slushy garbage weather I guess.

Sucks that I have to work at 7am tomorrow though, I usually get lucky and these storms happen on my days off or when I'm on night shift and don't have to get up early. Going to be ridiculously busy at work with all the power outages and downed communication lines that this storm is probably causing.
