I decided to let the guy that found the touchpad keep it. I didn't get the right vibe from the guy over the phone. I figured my life is more important than a firesale tablet.
 
enjoying having an e-ink Kindle again... got one for my birthday to downgrade from my Kindle Fire (which is cool, but given that all I do with my Kindle is read books, it's nice having the lighter weight and longer battery life)
