well i went in to work today, turns out they changed my schedule but decided it wasn't important enough to give me a call or an email. Anyway, apparently I wasn't working today and am instead working friday, not only that, but the manager told me it was my fault for not knowing about the change, even though he made the change sunday night after the official schedule was posted the previous tuesday.

Yeah, after that I start 4x 12h day shift. Get up to be at work for 7am. Yuck! Definitely need caffeine for that. :p Can't complain though, the more 12h shifts I get the more time off I get, so it's a fair trade.

I'm not a morning person. Getting up early sucks. It's nice to wakup naturally without an alarm. Night shifts are nice for that. 7pm to 7am is much easier than 7am to 7pm.

Though it's still good to work days so I can stay in the loop with stuff going on. I could ask for all nights if I really wanted to but choose not to. Last schedule I did work 6x 12h nights, 6x days off then 6 more nights. That was actually pretty nice.

I'm not either, and it's pretty rough. But there's not much you can do.

Good thing I regularly log to my bank account to check everything. Just a habit I guess.

Noticed a preauthorized transaction that seemed suspicious. So I called to get more info, and sure enough my credit card info somehow got compromised. I really don't understand how that happened, I tend to be pretty vigilant with that. Someone tried to make a Vista Print order on it for over 200 bucks. It automaticly got declined, so I'm in the clear. They canceled the card and will send a new one with a new number.

I'm just worried that whatever way the card got compromised it might happen again. At least I caught it though, and they did too, so no harm done.
