How it went:
5 people in the room
5 minutes of the main person going over my application verbally for everyone to hear
5 questions: What relevant experience do I have? Why would I be a good fit? the other 3 along those lines
after the 5 questions on the table, several people asked me questions about my employment history and military (
I wore my Navy NSU's there, they asked for a nice button up and slacks!)
And then they thanked me for my service!
Thy made remarks that I exceed the math requirements for residential electricians and that I was an honor graduate of my Navy schooling. I think that helped.
I applied for limited-residential, not inside electrical or limited energy-a, as I do not meet all requirements for the others. I applied for the one with the lowest pay and lowest requirements, so I'd assume more people might apply for the one that I did?
