I was actually kind of surprised my jerk-mode humor went over so well.
Town over got hit hard during storm & knocked out electricity for several days, I think they finally got it all restored by yesterday.

Customer mentioned that town had their fire works on Sunday instead of the usual 4th.
I replied "They got some lighting, despite their power being out." I was half expecting her to take it the wrong way before she began laughing.

I've tried to upload this 1 video since this morning.
Wifi keeps fucking up.
I was all excited that it was down to 2 minutes. I stepped out of the room.
Came back in, wifi fucked up AGAIN! And now have to restart this upload ALL OVER AGAIN! Bullllllllllllllllllshit!

if someone is like, "hey, why don't I come over after work and we can cook dinner?" there's a certain presumption that they'll be bringing something to cook, right?

as opposed to walking into my kitchen and going, "so, what do you have?"

I almost never cook during the week I either make food over the weekend to eat throughout the week or just eat sandwiches... it's kind of a pain to go grocery shopping after work and I rarely have the energy to cook.

I'm not sure how it works with you, but with me I never invited a girl over unless I had something in mind for a meal. And no lady ever invited herself over, except that one time with Ginger for a quickie. But she didnt ask for any more than a glass of water.
