I had a Dell with a Prescott @3.2, it would make me sweat like a pig on summer, hell, even on winter. I loved that thing.

Mine was a HP.. that CPU was running at 1.8 GHz. I used that through out my undergrad years and my bro used it for 5 more years. He just upgraded to a bulldozer based CPU.

I still wonder how my brother finished GTA: SA on that system with a crappy 92945G chipset.

You should have said "that'll $20 for x and $100 for not calling the cops on your ass for trying to pay with counterfeit bills".
I told my boss we should just keep his PS3 in trade for not ratting him out.
I do want one.

Guy came back in for his PS3 & said he got the counterfeit from a Walgreens. :hmm:

I guess because he didn't have anything better? I got a lot out of my P4 as well, though not so much as you.

I wouldn't upgrade too often even if I could afford it, it's so nice to notice a huge jump in snappiness of the windows environment and smoothness in games. Going from my P4 to my current Core 2 was awesome. I hope to get something similar when I upgrade to IB later this year.

My P4 is still a champ. Built it at the end of that chipset whatever, so was best of everything available.

Still mad I fried out my GFX card, AFTER BFG went out of business.

Oh well. Great general use machine though.

Looks like a server upgrade with the proper number of SATA ports, an i5 as the CPU, and 16 GB of RAM to start is around $540.

Got phone all back together. Then realized I forgot to switch the earpiece mesh. AGAIN.

I have the shakes, probably from the coffee. So it's taking me longer to get screws on point & not shake them off. Ahhh

The city of Boston is staging its annual marathon. Kathrine Switzer became the first woman to officially run the race 45 years ago, despite stewards trying to physically force the 20-year-old off the road. Here she recalls how a female runner caused such a fuss.

Anything long like 800m, or even longer, God forbid, was considered dangerous, de-sexing and de-feminising for a woman.

[It was thought] that their uterus might fall out and their legs would get big, and maybe they would grow hair on their chests.

:hmm:

OH WTF!

Until recently I've had zero issues doing backups with Ubuntu. But in the past week I've had issues with shit missing out of backups. What the hell?
Generally, bypasses all the bullshit Windows throws out when trying to backup stuff. This is first time I'm seeing shit being lost from backups, since I began working here.
Past 2 customers just lost stuff.
That was embarrassing showing customer where his stuff was backed up. .... Then it wasn't there.
We not supposed to look through customer data, even though it happens.
I guess I should do so in ensuring stuff DOES get backed up.
ok...

At least this customer gets a few real hip hop albums amongst all the garbage they have.
