Nothing wrong with the original 5D for what I do. Have to have a full frame sensor though. Wish they made the mark III full size body like 1D. Don't care about video at all, we have dedicated video cameras for that. I suppose in a pinch having it built into an SLR is not a bad idea though.

Any reason a battery grip wouldn't work?

It helps, can't complain about the additional shots either. Oh and there is weather proof ness. I've gotten the 5D plenty wet before in the rainforest at the dipping hole. Had it fogged up real nice, could not even read the top LCD for a few days. Dried it out, all is well. Sensor is a PITA to clean but that's the case with larger sensors. In a predominately marine environment it's easy to separate the good from bad when it comes to gear holding up.

The LCD on mine is scratched too from carrying a small arc flashlight on my dog tag chain. Never thought about it, brought the camera along at a pool party and everyone went in with clothes on! I was wearing a nice evening gown too! Luckily I sat the camera down on a table. Yet another reason why I DON'T want video on my still cameras. (they would not be going with me to the dipping hole!)

Dodge 360 cid would technically be 5.8. Or is it a bigger version of their 318?

I don't grok why I can sleep on the floor of my office cubicle or on a crowded bus without a problem, but the blinking light off my cellphone keeps me up in my bedroom.

I used to write add-ons forum scripts. I have a testbed forum still loaded on my website that allowed guest posting. I turned it back on a couple weeks ago for some reason that escapes me. Last night I was looking at my website use logs and discovered 1) my bandwidth was way up and 2) my test forum was quite popular. So I wondered over to see what was up.

4000+ posts in a single thread in under three days!

I beat the nef thread!:biggrin::oops:

So if anyone needs a source for viagra let me know, I've got connections.
