That's an interesting take on it. I have no further response to it, it's something I had not considered before.
 
A couple of my professors asked who watched the game last night.

There were some vague mumblings and unhappy mutterings.

The professors gave up.
 
And I distinctly heard three senior professors from the Physics department having a discussion. The first one lead off with, "We're not going to talk about that clusterfuck of a game."

The three then proceeded... to talk about the game at length.

Speaking of phone, it was at 40% when I got home at 4:30, by 6:30, it was under 10%. Something did a surprise battery burn, but no apps acknowledged it.
 
I have one American professor, two Chinese professors, one Russian professor, one Chinese TA, and one Southeast Asian TA (I think Bangledesh).

I believe it goes without saying that the accents on some of them are pretty awful.

Chinese female: alpha is arfa. minus is manos.
Chinese male: chlorine is chrorine.

The Russian dude is just flat out crazy. Half the class laughs at him two or three times per meeting, because of some of the shit he says.
 
The undecided Asian TA isn't that impressive. He couldn't understand the idea that the PSU was broken, he just automatically assumed I was retarded, and tried to walk away before the troubleshooting sequence was finished.

The Chinese TA isn't terrible. I can deal with her accent. I'm pretty sure she's Chinese. I'm trying to improve my ability to distinguish different Asian nationalities.
 
I need to buy some new clothes. I'm fairly certain that ever since we got a new dryer put in, all my stuff has been shrinking.

The other obvious possibility is that I'm getting bigger, but my height hasn't moved in years, and my weight is still quite constant. Besides, the fitment is getting tight at all aspects, not just the usual weight gain places.

I paid $95 to get the first one expedited due to a business trip that didn't happen for 2 years. :|

Wife renewed hers last year and got it back in about a month and the old passport came back about 2 weeks after that.
