Also, its not just defense. The Niners special teams are amazing. Highest scoring Special teams, best field position all year as well.
Its the combination of the two that helps their lackluster offense actually win against a lot of teams this year.
Get on that shit
Essentially, we're going to see one of the league's best defenses against the league's best offense, and the old maxim of "defense wins championships" is on the line. In my opinion, offense wins championships now, with the new pass-happy high scoring rules.
Also, the Niners need a quarterback in the worst way. Yeah, Harbaugh turned a crappy team into a very good team, but you guys need a QB to finish it off. Then it'll be a great team, and probably rape your division for years to come.
Yeah... A star QB would be awesome... oh man.
Smith is decent, and sometimes he looks really good. But most of the time, he looks really bad.
I'm suddenly very tired, and I'm trying to plan my attack.
To my left is a pile of papers and envelopes, all of them considered to have some importance before being placed there. The stack is about 2'x1'x4".
To my right is a 3' by 2' pile, 4-6" deep, mostly of papers, but with some other random objects scattered through it, those considered to be less important.
Funny how that works huh?
I'm surprised Harbaugh hasn't found a way to steal the first pick for next year from the Colts. The 49ers armed with Luck would be bad news for everyone else.
