disable it then.

Tires should be made of solid resin any how not an envelope depending on a gas to maintain their shape.

Solid resin wouldn't have sufficient flex to deal with bumps, and would weigh more, increasing the unsprung mass.

Also, TPMS doesn't really disable per se.

Yes it could be but not your normal resin. Ditto for weight. And this tech would also develop a real suspension instead of an archaic system with springs and damper cylinders.

You can unscrew the lamp behind that silly fleabag symbol disabling that nonsense. ;)

And what would you consider a real suspension instead of springs, cylinders, and bars?

Electro hydraulic system using a variable viscosity fluid. It's a substance that can have its viscosity altered via an outside (electrical bias) source. This would be controlled by a computer system and able to allow for extreme travel, better handling and comfort. A system has been demo'd in the past on a sports car driven through a parking lot over parking bumpers at 70km/hr and cups of coffee in their cup holders filled to 85% capacity did not spill. The driver and pax reported noise/feel similar to driving on a highway with very slight expansion strips. This was a chiefly EHA system without using the aforementioned fluidic system.

I used to date an engineer that worked for Koni.

That sounds really good.

It'll be YEARS before we see it.

You guys should see the inside of my case. Once I've spent a couple of hours building a new computer, my attitude becomes "screw it, I want to play!" and I just tie the loose cables back and slap it back together. I don't have the patience to do it and now I have even less time than I did before.

Does your case look like this?

Pic a facebook friend (former NCIX coworker) posted of his RIG. It was sort of a 1/2 joke as he knew it looked like a mess, but I think he really did keep it like that.

Woke up today with a fever, sore muscles, painful throat, and the sniffles. If it weren't for these classic flue symptoms I'd say my 2 weeks of stomach hell had turned into a bad infection with fever. But given the sore throat and sniffles I'm guessing it's just a flue and a bad coincidence.
