My favorite was the year before last, the Colts beat the Jets pretty badly in the playoffs after the Jets jumped out to an early lead. The excuse made by the Jets fan was "We lost a corner back!!" (or maybe it was two)

Last year, the Jets barely squeak by the Colts, who had lost something like 40% of their starters. You'd think they won the Super Bowl with all the bragging and of course, people who mentioned the injuries the Colts had were "whining and crying and making excuses" but miraculously, the same behavior the year before by the Jets fan WASN'T whining.

The draft was fucking terrible.

I don't recall me, as a Patriots fan, being particularly prone to making excuses... more apt to look for reasons why we fucked up.

Bill is a genius on the field, but for personnel selection, I'm becoming increasingly less impressed. We need Pioli back.

You should see what happens after a Cowboys loss...all doom and gloom, and after a win, we are world beaters. LMFAO. Cowboys Lose = Tony Romo is suxor, Coboys win = Romo is teh gun slining god ready for the superbowl

The Jets have become my least favorite team. At least the Colts are respectable. The Jest need to learn to shut the fuck up.
