Had to go out and buy a new case fan tonight. Cat broke one of mine a couple months ago, and I was too lazy to go get a new one.

Huge CPU cooler + standard ATX case = tight working space. Had to take out my NH-D14 just to get in there and mount the rear fan. Ended up giving everything a good dusting, and laying down some new thermal paste.

I dust my computer very frequently, and I was shocked at the amount of buildup in my NH-D14. This would explain why my temps were about 6-7c higher than they were when I first put this together.

Yuck!

Who got a fresh bath and is ready for some new thermal compound??

NH-D14 with a 3-fan setup. Love it.

Man. Still can't believe this came out of my computer. I keep it so clean. Ugh.

Back up and running and idling around 27-30c.
