I stay at work until 9:30. I get home I'm really sweaty and stinky. So I shower. I get out start to dry off and the power goes off. I haven't cooked food yet. This is so sucky. And the AC is off. FML

Sucks. Don't have a backup way to cook, like BBQ or wood stove or anything like that?

I have a nice grill. But I didn't have anything ready to cook. I had planned on making chicken fried rice for the first time from scratch. I had the rice made. I had the chicken made. I didn't have any easy to make meals and it's total pitch darkness. I ended up eating some nuts, raisins, a spoonful of peanut butter and I made a protein shake. And that was around midnight. I have been trying to get better shape and I got rid of the bread, chips and anything else easy to eat. Power didn't come back on till 2:00 a.m.

I'm down to 151 lbs.

My home scale is very off, I thought I was 155 but I went to doctor and when they weighed me I was like 142. I don't recall exact number but it was in that ballpark. Apparently I need more poutine. Actually what I need is to work out more.

It came out pretty good. I'll probably tweak it a bit.
