Essentially, I would bet that your RDX used TSX projectors. Obviously, Acura will just share the tech between its own vehicles.

The TSX is no longer available from TRS, but they're selling an RX with TSX-R lens. They're very similar. It's a beautiful low beam, very nice stuff, but it's only low beam, no high beam operation.

Your high beams were run with a halogen.

It would be pretty cool to have TSX high beam and then use the Mini as a high beam + DRL some how on my civic

TSX has no high beam.

Also, HID doesn't like being used as DRL, they have shorter lifespans than halogen bulbs.

Dual bulb projectors!

lmao

I still need to figure out how to wire my Mini

Lulz. Some people have done quad projector designs. I'm not a big believer in doing a low beam and high beam design, I'd rather do four bixenons at that point. I live in a dark suburb, lots of wilderness to my north, lots of hills, so high beams matter more to me.

You'll be getting a relay harness, and from there, HIDP should have some help with it.

Ummmm...

Basically, consider what your switches and controls are in the car, think about whether your headlights are auto or not, and if you can disable auto.

Then approach from the other end. What lighting do you have right now. What lighting will be going to.

It's a logic problem really, envision what you want to set up, and go from there.
