Used fresh pineapple on my pizza for the first time. The crust was on point. Soooo good! Toppings: fresh-cut pineapple, Canadian bacon, tomato sauce, garlic powder, oregano, low-moisture whole milk mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, provolone. Served it with some fresh-grated Parmesan on top!

More copper theft from our network again. 500m of copper stolen. Took out a small town. This is getting out of hand how far out the thieves are going now, it's not just city centre anymore.

I normally am not a fan of placing blame on someone other than the person committing the actual crime and it probably shouldn't be the recycler's job to police this stuff... but it's such a big issue maybe there needs to be some rule changes for sure. Some crack head dragging a shopping cart full of wire is obviously not a contractor who is decomissioning stuff. For 500m of wire they must have had a truck, so check license plate, do background check, ask for what company they work for, etc... Make some phone calls as needed to make sure it's legit. Heck this process would also be a way to find out stolen vehicles, because 99% chance whatever vehicle they are using is also stolen.
