Been experimenting with running my server rack partially on solar, I have to do it manually for now but just interesting to see how it works out on the hydro usage. Looking at my hydro usage it actually does make a small dent.

The lowest bar is the time where I did it. Where the bars are higher is when the water heater kicks on, most likely. Think I'm going to start working on the solar battery monitoring setup soon as well as a relay controller so I can automate this.

Just did an impromptu cleanup in my basement with the work I've been doing down there done for the time being I still had tools and supplies all over and some stuff that could be thrown out like small pieces of drywall.

Also did an impromptu cleanup in my office, mostly boxes and spare parts etc that I had sitting on the ground for like... 5 years to move later... well now was later. Was waiting until I build some shelving units in my crawlspace but I don't think I'll be doing that any time soon so figured I'll just shove everything in there and deal with it later. I just hate moving stuff more than once.

Either way feels good to have done this cleanup it was due.
