My first attempt a Margherita pizza. My own tomato sauce (San Marzano tomatoes), whole milk mozzarella, fresh basil. Used my infrared theometer to measure the pizza steel temp for the first time. 584F. I'm thinking if I move the steel closer to the broiler it would make it hotter. It's one variable I'm thinking about.

Cleaning out the closet, purging it of useful items. I guess I don't need these fuses from an appliance we haven't owned since 2014.

Bought a new snow blower this year. Battery powered. Worked great till the batteries died. Ego Power w/ 2 7.5 Ah batteries. Supposedly enough to clear 18 car spaces with 6” of snow. I have three spaces. I didn’t move the cars, so 2 spaces including over shooting into the grass in case we get allot of snow this year. Guess I’ll be giving Ego customer support Monday.

I bought the Greenworks 80v one last year. So far so good, but we have yet to get an actual decent snow fall since I bought it. The most I may have done with it is like a foot at once.

Demonstration here:

How many volts? See Squirrel's post. State of the art these days is 80v. That's what seems to get translated into torque at the blade.

And yes, you are correct. Wasn't it just a few years ago that it was, IDK, say 40v? It really does feel that way.

I was going to say something about existing outside of time but shit. I'm pretty baked.
