I'm in Rockdale tonight. WiFi is craprastic at best. Cannot connect. And T-Mobile sucks here.

I took pics of four county seats today. As I approached the Milam County Courthouse in Marlin, I could see scaffolding. It was covered in scaffolding. Total renovation. I'm on a quest to take pictures of all 254 county seats and their courthouses. I am seven short of completing my task. But the last time I was in Marlin the sun was setting when I took a pic of the courthouse . I was hoping to get a better shot.

I also stopped in Italy (Texas). As I was exiting my vehicle, I proceeded to whip out my phone. Of course, the damn thing (S20) goes sliding on the sidewalk. I go to check it. I only find a teeny ding on the volume rocker. Other than that, the case took all the damage. Not bad for a minimalist case. It does have gg5 and a screen protector.

Totally forgot it was clock change. Good thing the phone and servers do it on it's own. I was making my coffee and noticed the time on the oven and was like "shit I'm late!" then realized it was the clock change and I was safe and did get up at right time.

Can't say the extra hour made it any easier to get up though. Getting up in the dark sucks no matter what time it is. Downside of winter.

Have a phone appointment with lawyer on Wednesday to talk about buying that cabin property.

I'm hoping everything checks out about some of the concerns I have and that I do in fact get to buy it. Hoping it happens soon as it would be nice to visit it at least once before there's too much snow. Eventually I would want to get a plow for the truck and another snow blower to leave at the property but it will be a while until I can afford any of that lol.

FB marketplace and Kijiji are pretty good when it comes to stuff like that though.

I'm kind of counting on my ESP shares to go back up to 2019 levels or higher within the next few years, if that happens things won't be as tight. But worse case scenario I just keep making as big of payments as I can on credit line. I absolutely need to force myself to learn to cook, I can probably save a few hundred per month if I completely stop take-out.
