Managed to bring my insurance down to around 150/mo. Got rid of most of the coverage on my truck except liability. There was not really anything worth changing on the house. At least it will be back to what it was originally before the price went up.

Going to check out a property tomorrow with a realtor, it's not on the market yet. They sell fast so every time I find one it's usually already sold. I kinda hope this is a good one and that it's in my price range. I'm really eager to at very least secure land even if I don't do anything on it for a while. I will probably try to get a cabin built decently fast though to have a place to camp with friends and stuff. I would just bring in water from town until I get that sorted out.

There is a small chance the original one I was looking at is not sold but realtor already had a buyer from sounds of it, this other one I don't even know anything about it. I think the only way to get one of these properties is to get a realtor so think I will get her to continue to keep me in mind as these properties pop up, if this one is not a go. It's not like houses, where they can be on the market for months.
