Damn that property sold already! I think if I want to buy an offgrid property at this point I need to just put an offer without even going to see it. They are selling fast.

Per month?! I thought mine was bad, it's $100. Goes up every year by around 10 bucks.

well, we stay home all day now so all the hand washing and flushing is on my bill. it's 61 days, not per month, but still. our water usage doubled compared to last year.

Wow that's still pretty crazy, mine is fixed so it does not matter how much I use. I sometimes consider going with a meter (it's an option) as I would pay a bit less, but it ends up not being that much less. It would bring it down to around $60 (no matter how much I use) then I would pay more if I use more than a certain amount.

If it was legal I would get a well and septic so I can save, but I don't think it's legal in town.

Just realized my insurance went up. Greedy bastards, right in middle of a pandemic too. $180/mo now. That's one of the better rates too, I get a discount through my company.

Hardly anyone is wearing masks here. I would feel out of place wearing one myself so I have not bothered either tbh. Have not really been anywhere with lot of people around though. Grocery stores are probably the riskiest place though but try to minimize my visits. I also go to the smaller one near my house, less people.
It's been the new in public indoors rule since Friday. However, the penalty for noncompliance is ????. Apparently, you'd have to be a superfantastic mega jerk before the cops would write the ticket.

I have one last package of "fire noodles" from No Frills I got a while back. Think that will be breakfast and supper at the same time. :p They're actually pretty good too.

My flight is delayed. The airline continues to pretend that the latest departure time is real . To legally meet it, they will have to load the plane in less than three minutes. They haven’t started boarding yet, the damn liars.
