It's so hard to follow conversations in twitter though, don't know who's replying to what lol. I don't tend to spend lot of time on there in general. This comment just hit the algorithm right apparently.

A very frightening thought just occurred.
I've been alone so long I don't even fantasize about women anymore. Now I just look forward to a new episode of The Rookie and what kind of ice cream 7-11 might have.
I dont fantasize about picking up a new job either. Spend all day worrying about how soon I'm gonna lose the house, not if.
Damn this sucks. My depression is getting worse, not better.

Sounds like a crappy situation. Sorry to hear. This time of year is especially bad for depression. I somehow managed to keep it together this year despite the pandemic. Even last year I went on antidepressants for a little bit. I wonder how long those are good for. I have half a prescription I like to just have on hand just in case.

Also I saw in another thread that you lost your mom. I didn't realize it. My condolences. I can't imagine how hard that is to go through. :( Heck when I went through depression a few years back one of the biggest things that made it worse is the very thought of losing my parents. I just hope when the time comes I'll be able to cope.

...and just to throw it out there, alcohol is not the answer either. When I went through depression I had wine in the fridge and it was very tempting to get into it, not get drunk or anything, but just to try to calm my nerves. But usually it will just make it worse once it wears off.

I just went on another road trip today. Took pics of four county seats. Two were counties I hadn't traveled to before. I'm going to take tomorrow off. I've got other things that I need to do here at home. Thinking about maybe another trip on Sunday. Another co-worker told me he was called back to work for Monday. As long as I don't lose my job, I don't care if I am off the next 3 weeks until my go back date. I'm getting paid more to stay home with all the stimulus money. Another co-worker called me yesterday while I was in McKinney and said everyone at work was bitching about that fact.

I kinda want to grow weed just for fun. It's too bad the laws are too strict about being able to sell it. You need to be an approved distributor and all that. I mean I get it, but still, at the end of the day, it's just a plant. Actually wonder if there's regulations on food plants.. never really crossed my mind. Like can you grow tomatoes and then sell them or is there a bunch of red tape with that too?

So, you are telling me that Canada made it legal to purchase weed, but won't let you grow a few plants? *scratches head*

Oh you can grow your own, up to a certain number of plants, but you're not allowed to sell it.

At the start there was basically like an auction where people could bid to become an authorized grower. Only those are allowed to grow to sell. They can't sell direct to people, but to companies that then sell to people. It's very structured, not easy to get into really.

Nm. I didn't see where you said you want to sell it. Yeah, that would be a problem. Then they'd miss out on their tax bonanza.
