For a mandatory evacuation zone, it doesn't look like no one has left yet. We will all be trapped in. I suspect that I'll lose power again. Just like last Saturday. :)

Most likely just due East. Ships like deep sea. I'm sure the Admiral will allow his flagship to port in Bermuda on Sunday. "For humanitarian reasons". :)

We had to head towards Bermuda to avoid some tropical depression. Yeah, I remember moving out straight west from one that brushed by Norfolk one year. Then there was the time we headed to Miami in the Hurricane Andrew Relief Effort.

Andrew was '92. Hugo was '90/91 it also hit north cackilacky and came due west to Charlotte before reeking havoc in the NRV, Shenandoah, and 'noke areas..

I was still in Blacksburg, the ABC station played Star Trek next generation all night with weather breaks instead of commercials.

There might have been some beer drinking and card playing going on. Details are still sketchy.
However, the kitchen trash can was overflowing with empty beast cans.the next day.
