Rope's set. Need to decide if I'm gonna put the saddle on and haul myself into the tree.

Failure... My hitch kept binding, and I never made it off the ground aside from checking the saddle, and suspension from my hitch. It held fine, but would bind too tight to slide up the rope. I'm thinking I need thicker prusik cord. Too hot to deal with it now, but it's something to think through.

Oh, and I wrapped my rope around poison ivy I didn't see. The gift that keeps on giving :rollseyes:
