Bed time nef.

Hoping to start on shed tomorrow, if not I'll get up early on Monday and give'r. Suppose to rain again (yuck) on Tuesday which is my last day off before I have to work again, so I really want to get it done by then. If things go well I might even do shingles. Then Tuesday will be a good test to see if I did a good job.

As a side note I bought myself an 18V cordless drill the other day. Total impulse purchase, but it will make the job easier. I figure it's about time I get myself a decent cordless. Got a spare battery pack too.

Wanted to go to the park, and see the sun come up. I was a bit late for sunrise, but it was still nice...

I then went crosscountry to look for the glass dump. Pretty rugged terrain. I should have worn my combat boots instead of the boots for people that don't need boots my mother got me. It's old farm country, so there's a dump somewhere. Just need to find it.

The dump!

Not the dump I was looking for. Note the trash barrels. The sticker says Keep Maryand Beautiful on the side. Those are old park trashcans. Fuckin' government lackies dumped them in a ravine :^S

Poop!

I think those are pawpaw seeds. Didn't taste right, but I think that's what they are :^P I'll have go back next fall to try finding the tree.

Saw some eagles and other critters, as well as more farm equipment. Still need to find the glass dump, and I want to find the ruins again I saw ~15 years ago. I was there with my daughter and went off the path. Probably saw flowers or something, checked them out, and found the ruins. Can't remember where though. Somewhere between the parking area and the lighthouse, but that's a .3 mile stretch.

Good day. Wish it were cooler and cloudier, but it wasn't bad, and I have more things to discover in the future. Going to the German place now for some currywurst and beer. Prost!

Coffee nef. Think today is a relax day, first day off. Tomorrow I will work on the shed. The way the snow is coming down I'll have tons of shoveling to do though. I still need to figure out how to get rid of the snow bank in front of my driveway. Been driving through it. It's all ice and crap because of that rain we had. I hate rain in winter.

I got a tourtiere cooking in the oven right now. Looking forward to that. :D It's one of those things I never really think of doing myself but it's always a treat at Christmas dinner.

Lol I do everything I can to avoid having to go to the mall on a weekend, especially at this time of year. Snow is coming down super hard too, I hate driving in that as it makes visibility so crappy. I really need better wipers.

Parents about to be here, wife thought she wanted to cook for everyone. We're going to Olive Garden instead. My parents aren't that picky.

Forecast says "light snow". I'd hate to see what "heavy snow" looks like. At the rate it's falling we're getting a couple feet by morning.

About time though, we have a very tiny amount of snow and it's almost december. Back when I was a kid we'd have like 4+ feet by now.

I could almost go for another coffee. Today is kind of just a veg around day. I was thinking of putting up the Christmas tree but think I'll do that Thursday since it's suppose to rain anyway.

It's fluffy snow, thus light. The wet stuff is heavy snow.
