The CPU in the N64 was leaps and bounds better. They skimped on VRAM and RAM in general, but they ran at a higher resolution and much higher framerate.

Damn that took WAY longer than I wanted to. Time goes by too fast. All I got done was the plywood on the roof. Tar paper is freaking tedious and annoying to work with and rips all the time. I did a crap job but it will have to do. The shingles are what REALLY weatherproofs it anyway, this is more of a temporary thing. Did everything but the very end as that is going to be trickier given I can't go on top of existing tar paper.

Suppose to rain tomorrow, but at least it will keep the majority of the water out. I don't get this stupid weather, string of -10's, then random freaking rain in the middle. That just ruins everything. Won't be able to work on it for a while so I hope this rain crap just stops already and that we get a normal few weeks so I can finish it properly next time I'm off.

I think I'm going to sit down with a coffee and veg for a while. It's also 14C in the house, just started the furnace. I'm not even that cold.

Mmmmm coffee. I guess it's kinda late for coffee, but I have yet to get a day where I can sleep in for a while so tomorrow is my sleep in day, considering the weather will be lousy. Might put up my Christmas tree though.

Was hoping to get walls done though, can't believe this took me like 10 hours lol. It's not that big of a job in the grand scheme of things, but it's all the tedious maneuvering with ladder etc that really takes time.

I keep checking weather forecast in hope it changes, but nope we really do have a warm front coming that will just ruin everything. I hate rain in winter. This crap did not happen before global warming got really bad.

Actually this would be a good case for pneumatic tools. I could still at least put the walls and tyvek up tomorrow to finalize the weather proofing.

Time to fly to the Aleutian Islands from Anchorage. Haven't been in this neck of the woods in the Sim in years. Helps to get to place to place in a F-22 Raptor moving at 2.40 mach at FL500. LOL! Thing is a beast and handles nice! I installed a better aircraft.cfg which supposedly makes the A/C handle like it does in real-life. Though, I wish it had true thrust vectoring.

Was going to put the Christmas tree and rest of decorations up today but ended up running a bunch of errands, just finished lunch now and don't really feel like it.

I did finally finish my passport renewal. I had been procrastinating that for the longest time, glad that's out of the way. If you let it expire then it's a huge ordeal to renew it. I don't have any travel plans but like having it just in case.

I went out to finish tar paper and put in more staples on my shed. I can consider the roof done for the winter now. Saturday I can do wall sheeting and tyvec then finally it will be secure from the elements.

If the tar paper proves to be effective on it's own at keeping it dry I might even move some stuff in there to make room in the garage. It's so packed in there it's frustrating trying to get to anything.

I'm hating this garbage hot and wet weather, I thought it was suppose to get colder but by the time I'm off it's suppose to warm up and rain again. So sick of this crap. I just want a normal winter.
