My wife is mad that I let my beer cat lick the neck of my beer bottle. He likes the taste and I think it's funny. I don't let him drink any. He just licks whatever foam is left on the neck. To me, he's just one of the guys.

When I drink wine my cat sometimes goes for it. Need to guard that lol. That and cheetos, or BBQ chips. She'll just steal one right out of the bowl.

I know that cats can't metabolize alcohol, so I don't give them any. They are not like dogs. If my boy likes to taste the foam so be it. I need to get a good video of it. He is quite dextrous and will curl his paw and pull the bottle towards him if I pull it away. Then he'll use his jaws to clamp down on the neck. I love it!
