Picked up a 10kw SCR for someone. I kinda joked thinking "yeah I doubt it can do 10kw". But this thing actually might be legit. That is one hell of a giant IC package and the heat sink looks big enough to cool even an AMD processor.

I bought one for myself too, I don't really know what I'll do with it. It was just ridiculously cheap.
 
last day shift tomorrow then I'm off, but still have to get up early on my first day off. Plumber coming over to change main valve. Been wanting to do that forever and finally getting it done. I could technically do it myself but since it involves getting the city involved figured it was just easier to get a plumber to do it, he'll be experienced and less chance of a leak. That is not something you want to spring a leak in middle of the night or on a weekend.

Just got back from the dentist. Was able to save the tooth for now. Lost the back side of it. Thought they were going to pull it. The tooth could still end up being extracted. After they took the old filling out and cleaned out the decay it was very close to the nerve. We'll see how it goes in the coming days. *crosses fingers*
