Damn that sucks. My carpal tunnel has been flaring up :\

I normally get a 6 inch oven roasted chicken breast with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell peper, salt / pepper, oregano and a splash of vinegar

That's already fairly lean I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Luckily my foot is getting a little better. Weight wise I was worried about putting on weight but luckily I've only fluctuated 2 or 3 pounds. I was loosing weight quite nicely for a while there between my reduced diet and the 40-80min/day workouts. The workouts also helped to keep my depression at bay. Unfortunately that has come back with a vengeance, while not quite suicidal I have been almost that low the past few weeks. Need to get a job to fill the time of course.

oh and provolone

You can ask for provolone!? At the local subway's here it's just yellow or white cheddar. Don't tell me I could have been eating fucking provolone all this time! RAGE. I doubt it's available here though.

Now that I'm watching me weight I usually get a 6in turkey breast instead of the pizza, spicy Italian, or meatball I would have ordered before. And before it would have been a 12in. For sauce I add a little bit of light mayo and salt and pepper. I get all the veggies, minus banana peppers (and only 2 Jalapeños).

Some places have it. Depends on the region. Atlanta doesn't have it but they have more than just those two you named

So Barfo if we add the time you got to 10k posts and had your account reset you really should be at 23k now no? Or have you had your account reset more than once? And why?

Tips of my fingers have been a bit numbs for the past few weeks as well. That can't be a good sign.

Lowest my frames got down to were around 43 the highest was 73

Not amazing but not too shabby at all. My problem with gaming is this 30in DELL I use. I absolutely LOVE using this sucker but it means that to game on it at native res I have to push games to it at 2560x1600. Luckily I don't play FPSs so rock solid 40+ FPS isn't as much of a concern. I do wonder though if even my 5970 will be able to handle Skyrim at 2560x1600?

I just might if I have too :p Getting a 5970 up to 2x5870 speeds shouldn't be any problem. Beyond that though the stock HSF solution becomes an issue and there really sin't that much headroom beyond that anyway. I should have got this sucker for ~$59 back when I was working at NCIX.

haha yeah. I've never OC'ed a video card before. During BF3 they didn't even hit 55ºc

I wonder how high I can push them. People have them running around 900 mhz - 1ghz up from the stock 750

There's much more room to move on a part like the 460 which isn't already running near the limits of the chips design. Get something like a 580 and you will have much less room to move up. In either case the stock HSF will be a major limiting factor. Overclocking video cards in general is usually only worth it with cards in the sweet spot like the 460 you have. You may say the same of CPUs but it's nowhere near as obvious as with vid cards. It's not at all uncommon to have top of the line vid cards with literally only a few 10s of Mhz headroom to move up before becoming unstable. Top of the line CPUs don't overclock as well as those in the mid to low range but they are almost guaranteed to do better than that.
