Dayum, never thought about the benefit to that massive upload speed for taking advantage of online backups. No Fios in my area. Verizon ran the fiber to my city, but all the rural town towns along the way wanted to charge very high access fees (or whatever they're called) so Verizon balked. Moreons!

Yeah, the upload speed is great for stuff like that, assuming the server you're connecting to can handle it anyway.

My biggest issue is finding services that don't just cap at 300-500mbps, or less for some things.
