Low temp alarms on one of my servers. Typical. I should probably lower those thresholds. I don't think 16C is that bad. I've seen it go down to like 9C at times lol.

Nah I think it only becomes an issue on surfaces that are below freezing. Like poorly insulated/leaky walls get frost if the humidifier is set too high. I try to keep it at around 15-20% or so, if I go any higher then I start to get frost at the bottom edge of windows and stuff.

Cranking the humidifier is a great way to see what walls are badly insulated though. lol

That was my patio door, that whole section was terrible and reveiled a lot about my house. They never bothered taping any of the vapour barrier. That's why it's so cold in the lower level. That patio door got changed and I fixed the vapour barrier all around though.

I'd have to make a case to do all the walls but it would be a pretty big job. Well, messy. Kitchen is really bad. Freaking cold in there all the time.

Condensation occurs when ambient surfaces breach the ambient dewpoint. A 16C dewpoint at that far north this time of the year would be quite juicy. Mold abound! 😛

I didn't know there were the different kinds of cornbread. I guess we all like what we grew up with. I looked it up and it's a north/south thing.
That makes sense. I know in Texas it was unsweetened only, but here in Alabama we have a fair mix. I like sweetened cornbread in muffin form with butter, but if I'm eating it with beans and pork or something like that I prefer unsweetened.

Honestly any kind of cornbread is pretty great.
