New computer :D

That's basically the computer I've had for the last 6 months. It has served me well.

Five minutes ago, it was a low sunlight, dry and windy, very nice out, if a little cool.

Now it's raining moderately, the sky has turned to lead, the windy is still here, and the temperature has dropped.

I think we need more metric tools here.

Dad was a mechanic for years, but he came up through GM, meaning imperial. We have metric stuff, but it's outnumbered significantly, and scattered. I'm not sure we could muster a full complement of metric sockets - 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2, all sizes, hex and star.

Whereas imperial... multiple sets, deep and shallows, hex and star, all sizes, all fitments.

Very few deep metrics, which is a problem for lugnuts.

Most of my parents' vehicles have been GM, with a few Nissans over the years. Now half the house is run on Nissan (Infiniti).

My mother and I will be discussing finances at length tomorrow. Woot!

(That gives me final values so I can calculate what I can get.)
