Website says the embassy here doesn't do passports unless it's an emergency replacement. The website also says you need to mail in the original birth certificate of my dad and myself as well as an original of my parents marriage certificate. Also explicitly states that you can't send in photocopies or certified copies. Nor can they be laminated.
