6.0 here, though most people just use Firefox or Chrome and only use IE for the company stuff. Coded by CGI, so it only works in IE 6.0 and very specific versions of Java. What makes things really interesting is some apps require different versions of Java. It gets really messy. I loled so hard when I found out the healthcare.gov site was coded by CGI.
