This time last semester, in her same course, with her for recitation as well, I had about a 10% average.

The entire change is having a recitation professor who is not just good, but an outright stellar teacher.

That CAN be not too unusual in some classes and or universities. I know some degrees were like that back at SFU when I was going there. More like 40 or 50%.

She doesn't curve grades, at all. Essentially, she considers herself to be a perfect teacher. If someone isn't understanding a concept, it's their fault for being dumb.

I'd love to see a failure rate comparison between students with her for recitation, and students with someone else for recitation.

The other connection has a part that's needs to be replaced that costs $55,500.00 and the insurance is being disputed. So when it goes down so do I at least for a while.

I don't know if I'd trust that speed test though. Those speeds are not that bad but when surfing it feels like using string and cups.

It seems Calculus I or whatever you call the first level full calculus course at university often has a high failure rate. The material isn't hard but you get a lot of students coming out of some high schools who never had any preparation for it.
