Ever present. I have social anxiety. Something I'm working through but will take years to really work out.
Well look at it like this.

Realistically, if you tell them, what are they going to do? Change your working environment, try to be fake nicer to you (or something?) or give you more leway if you screw up? Doubtful (but I don't know your employeer). Or maybe just understand you better?

The bad side if you tell them? They may start looking for reasons to let you go if your work starts (or has) sliding. Hell (long shot here) they may even think you use that as an excuse.. Playing devil advocate here.

Again I don't know you or how badly it affects you nor do I know your employeer or your working environment.

I would flesh you what are the pro's and con's to telling them. Would it be worth it or should you just work on it outside of work?

I might end up finally getting my snow tires put on this weekend. They would've been convenient this morning, but not really critical.

Two of the tires are closer to 8/32, and two are closer to 6/32.

If I put the higher ones on the front, that'll help braking.

If I put the higher ones on the rear, it is technically a RWD vehicle.

The AWD system should be tolerant enough to deal with less than 2/32 discrepancy - which is about 1/8" total diameter variation.

They came off a FWD vehicle previously, which obviously wears the front tires down faster.

My thinking is the better ones on the front, for braking, because getting rolling isn't a problem, thanks to AWD.

Ah, the resident neffer's Steelers fan!

First and foremost, you guys need an offensive line that can do more than fart in the general direction of pass rushers.
lulz, I started following them in the late eighties and I still feel weird that they're a pass oriented offense now.

Yeah lol I know you are right about this. Just find it hard to deal with. ;) :p

What is weird, is for a Niners fan... they are now a defensive team?

Most their yards this year were on the ground?

What the actual fuck?

The Niners in the past had good defenses as well. Just never a solid running game (other then Rathman and the year we had Waters). It's just the offense was so far and away good people just remember the Rice, the Montana, the Young etc.

Eg. Norton, Lott, etc. Depending on your era we had good, just not team defining defenses as the O was know for that.

This game is a lose-lose to me :p

Pick a lesser of two evils. Or just support the awesome team - the Patriots.

Okay, okay, fine. If I were in an equivalent situation to you, it'd be like choosing to support the Jets or the Colts - I'd go with the Colts, because they aren't in my own division (and because their coach and half the players aren't obnoxious douchebags).

That being said, I'd probably cheer for the NFC over whoever.

IMO, Steelers have been too good for too long to be a run offense team, because a truly amazing RB is a top five pick, and the Steelers are constantly playoff contenders, so they don't get a top five pick.

That, and the whole league is a pass league.

Honestly, if I were Harbaugh, I'd be offering Indianapolis pretty much everything to get the 1/1 pick. IMO, Smith is terrible, and is not the future for the Niners. Luck, if he's even 80% of what he's supposed to be, would be the cornerstone of a dynasty.

You guys would end up looking like the New England Patriots of the early 2000's. A league-leading defense, lots of unremarkable guys on the offense, and a young talented QB.

I smell rings.

Like, no kidding, I might offer Indy every pick for this draft to take the 1/1. Indy probably still wouldn't go for it though, but it would help them with their all-around personnel problems.

No, I don't like Smith. Yes, I believe a very good QB would go a long way to creating a powerful offense in SF. Yes, I am more critical of QB's than most, since I've essentially grown up watching Brady.

So, other football watchers, especially Niners fans, what say you? Is a proposal to offer Indy every trade in exchange for 1/1 completely insane? Just mostly?
