$35k would be enough to buy a used Miata ($15k for one with PRHT), then tear it apart, sell off the factory drivetrain and such (+$5000), and then with the remaining $25k, do a V8 swap at home.

By the end of it, I would fully understand how a car works. And I'd have a V8 roadster for the next decade. :awe:

Toyota/Scion is running a giveaway for 86 Scion FR-S's. I'm saying I'd take cash value or just flip the car for cash, then go buy myself a used Miata and do the V8 swap I want so much.

It wouldn't be replacing my G35x, it'd be a fair-weather summer-only supplement.
