Getting an entire mangled Corvette is the easiest option, and the T6060 that it would come with would just be an improvement over the T56.

I've driven two V8 vehicles.

One is a 2002 Yukon XL. I don't think that one can really count.

The other was a Grand Prix GXP, 5.3L LS4, 303 HP, 323 ft-lbs, through a 4AT onto FWD.

Compared to a RWD MT, any purist would call that an abomination. I didn't find any torque steer; then again, I couldn't find any handling on that piece of crap car anyways. Might as well have been driving a pillow for all the responsiveness and feedback it returned. On the plus side, FWD means it was utterly impossible to have the rear end of the car step out.

Aside from the general failings of the car, the motor itself was a wonderful thing. It didn't rev high like my V6's have, it had a nice purring rumble at idle, and a deeper exhaust tone than the V6's (until the exhaust rotted out, that's another story).

Bonus points if you can goad someone into making remarks about a "chick car", and then annihilate them. Which is another reason to do a V8 swap.

480/474... 415/430. Yeah, that'll do. A little more power... I dunno, intake and exhaust work is already going to be a mess to set up. Twin 3" outpipes for starters, high-flow cats. I think the LS3 is a single-intake engine, which is a little odd, but then again, it does have about a 6" diameter intake tube.

Tonight:
Need to buy cookies.
Soon:
Haircut. Check ISIS and hope for more class offerings. If no more classes have been added (I really don't expect any), talk to my bosses about not being able to be there at the normal time. If that's a problem... I guess quit, and make the finances work somehow.

I hate getting haircuts, I don't like the grocery store, and I'm quite aggravated about the terrible class scheduling.

I would like to leave my job, but I need income, and another job might not be quite as flexible, or be more of a pain in the ass.

I've been avoiding signing into ISIS, because it just frustrates me to even see it, let alone deal with the absolute fuckheadery inside of it.
